Jackie Nuckels is the founder of Nuckels Law. She is an accomplished attorney based in Oconomowoc and known for her unwavering dedication to advocating for her clients and achieving justice. Jackie is a trusted legal professional recognized for her exceptional skill in litigation, negotiation, and compassionate client representation.

Raised in Greendale, Jackie developed a deep-rooted connection to her community and a genuine passion for helping those in need. After completing her undergraduate studies at Saint Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin, she pursued her Juris Doctor degree at Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Jackie has spent most of her legal career focused on personal injury law, dedicating herself to fighting for the rights of individuals who have suffered injuries due to the negligence or misconduct of others. Her expertise includes car accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, injuries on unsafe premises, brain injury, pedestrian and bicycle injuries, and nursing home abuse or neglect.

In addition to her practice, Jackie is actively involved in the legal community, striving to make a positive impact through her work. She is both a member and board member of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin and Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ), where she collaborates with fellow attorneys to improve access to the civil justice system, promote practice standards, and advance legislation to preserve the rights of injured clients.  

Jackie is a frequent speaker on legal issues. She has chaired the State Bar’s Car Crash Symposium every year since 2012.  

Recognizing the importance of contributing to her community, Jackie participates in and supports several local initiatives.  She has volunteered with the Marquette University Volunteer Legal Clinic and fundraised for the Lotus Legal Clinic.  She serves on the board of Little Lambs Christian Day Care and The Box Theatre Company. Jackie is very active in the local school district. She serves as president of the Oconomowoc Public Education Foundation (OPEF), which raises and grants funds to support a variety of initiatives within the district. Jackie also directs the middle school musical and even substitute teaches when the district is in need.

When she is not practicing law, Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.
